Mental Health and Wellness The most neglected part of the mundane health care routine is Mental Wellbeing. Even today most people don't emphasize on how important it is to keep ourselves mentally fit. This Pandemic period has brought to light the necessity of mental stability and how far it can help one to surmount trying times.  We would have come across the word "stress" many a time but we don't actually stress upon what it means. Due to its frequent usage, it has become a part of a work routine and goes unaddressed. Reports have it that people fall victim to Mental illness due to their unacceptance of their mental state.  We have started realizing the weight of physical fitness in our life but it's time we understand that our Mental wellbeing stands on equal footing as well.  Here goes a reminder,  "A sound soul dwells in a sound mind and a sound body".   A poem on Mental Health.
