well , let me narrate my experience where you end up finding yourself at some or the other point....

        

Deep inside the heart , my only life time companion -My Soul was playing joyfully around in the dreamland of great peace where no stress or unnecessary consciousness lay in its way as hurdles ..It was experiencing immense zeal that sometimes even went up high reaching up my brain ..And here comes the twist, the alarm goes on 😨 Boom on your face!

That feels vexatiously terrible and that's when the consciousness fills in. However, the great feeling of resting experienced with a roll around in a soft cozy bed is a boon for a semi-conscious mind at that point of time. But this great boon  is time bounded. When a splash of water hits my face, the brain reminds me of my reality and the soul again clings back to my body. It gets far away from the heavenly dreamland of peace. With great efforts and frustrations I try to get off my bed but that seems the most ineffably difficulty task. Mustering up all the energy my body possessed I pull my self down to the floor .Both the Nature and God get to satiate their boredom by playing tricks on effort making innocent humans like me. When I strive to drag myself towards the living room getting on my legs, a chill breeze enters the room as though attempting to shatter all my efforts. That's exactly when an angry voice fills the room against the chill breeze and I felt the sound down my ears reaching the brain ,getting amplified into furious words. Endeavoring to beat my inner me I stood on my feet and walked off my cozy Bedroom, as a busy day awaited me.
